³ You ·sit as the Holy One [^Lare holy].
    ·The praises of Israel are your throne [^LYou are enthroned on the praises of Israel].
⁴ Our ·ancestors [fathers] ·trusted [had confidence in] you;
    they ·trusted [had confidence], and you ·saved [rescued; ^Tdelivered] them.
⁵ They ·called [cried out] to you for help
    and were rescued.
They ·trusted [had confidence in] you
    and were not ·disappointed [shamed; humiliated].
